Jim is the Chief Executive of CDN, the national development agency for colleges and technical education in Scotland. CDN works to support a well-networked college system, to upskill staff colleagues, and to support a range of sector initiatives like the Scottish College Awards, the College Hall of Fame, and the #ChooseCollege national information campaign.
