Lynette has worked in the Education, Health and Social Care Sector for 23 years with over 16 years management experience, 11 years in senior leadership.

As Chief Operations Officer at National Star, Lynette has led the way in building and sustaining quality, achieving outstanding with the Care Quality Commission and Ofsted across all regulated areas. She is committed to ensure that young people with disabilities have access to receive quality Education and Care across the UK.  This ambition has been at the heart of expanding both Education and Care services offered nationally in her role.  Acting as a consultant to other specialist providers, Lynette has supported teams to improve and enrich quality.  As chair designate for Natspec, this aspect of her work allows her to share best practice across the sector, reaching more young people with disabilities.
